Leucanthemum x superbum 'Alaska' is my favorite variety. Though there are many varieties, and some similar daisies are commonly called Shasta Daisies as well, Leucanthemuum maximum is one of them.

Beware of a similar-looking daisy called Oxeye Daisy, Chrysanthemum leucanthemum. This one is on the Invasive Species List of Texas and should be avoided.
