Some common Viburnum varieties sold in Central Texas are Spring Bouquet Viburnum, Sandankwa Viburnum, Sweet Viburnum, and Chindo Viburnum. These have a minimum tolerable temperature of 10-20°. This is a problem when our temperatures have dropped into single digits on multiple occasions since February 2021.
If you want to risk it, I recommend the Spring Bouquet Viburnum. They are beautiful!
