Notes: Society Garlic is recognized for its aromatic, garlic-scented leaves and striking, star-shaped flowers. It is ideal for borders, rock gardens, or as a container plant. Once established, it tolerates dry conditions and attracts various pollinators. Although it can be used in culinary applications, its flavor is milder than true garlic's.

I love the look of a variegated variety, but I struggle to accept its subpar performance. Maybe I don't use enough compost for it, or it's too sensitive to my clay soil. I don't have many clients who have had much success, either (most have poor soils with high pH.)
