The Anacacho Orchid Tree is an excellent small tree for Central Texas. It is a great addition to landscapes with Redbuds and Mountain Laurels because the Anacachos begin blooming when the others are just finishing up. They continue blooming for a month or more in some cases. It's even tolerant of limestone soils! The unique foliage of this Texas Native Tree adds interest to any landscape, even when it's not blooming.
